Sapori Italiani is a 6-night/7-day program of Italian Food&Wine in a spectacular setting.
This unique cooking program in the heart of Tuscany will immerse you on a journey through one of the most delicious, fun-loving and healthiest eating lifestyles, the Mediterranean diet. You will experience first-hand the Italian food culture, tasting and cooking the freshest local ingredients. Your sauce pans will sizzle, you’ll eat family style and you’ll enjoy and learn about the heart-healthy olive oils and Italian wines. You will depart knowing how to translate aspects of this lifestyle of eating to your daily routine back home.
Courses are taught by highly qualified Registered Dieticians: Regina Ragone and Elizabeth Fassberg. They make food fun and meaningful!

Our stunning centrally located 18th century palace is the perfect setting for learning about the healthy Mediterranean Diet. Take a walk through the history and art of Siena as the Middle Ages and Renaissance come alive.
Live among the rolling hills of Tuscany at a wine maker’s estate where you are free to roam the gardens and take walks in the vineyards. Breathe the inspiring aromas of Tuscan cuisine and wines.

Siena and Tuscan Vineyards
• Tuition for 2 2-hour lessons and 3 cooking classes

Bank wire, bank check and Pay Pal accepted. Bank checks and bank wires should be made out to “Suzanne Branciforte”.
Along with payment, please indicate the name of the student who will be attending the course.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A non-refundable down payment of 10% of total fees should be paid to reserve place in course. Payment in full may be made at any time, no later than six weeks prior to start of course. For cancellations made up to three weeks prior to start of a course, a refund of 50% of total fee paid.
For cancellations made less than three weeks prior to start of course, we will refund 30% of total fee paid.
Any course started must be fully paid and is non-refundable.
